This new Disney park was designed by Disney Imagineers, and funded by the Oriental Land Company. The Oakdale Public Library is on the east side of the Twin Cities. It's not too far from the intersection of I-94, 694 and 494 on the east side of downtown St. Paul. . Go east out of St. Paul on I-94. At 694 go north to the 10th St. Exit (the first exit?) East on 10th St. 2 blocks to Heron, Go North You're there!
