The Oakdale Public Library is on the east side of the Twin Cities. It's not too far from the intersection of I-94, 694 and 494 on the east side of downtown St. Paul. . Go east out of St. Paul on I-94. At 694 go north to the 10th St. Exit (the first exit?) East on 10th St. 2 blocks to Heron, Go North You're there!
