SPORTING DISNEY: FROM DUCKS TO HONKERS

Come to Rochester and dive into the sporting world of Disney. Following our chapter meeting, we will learn about Disney's fascination with sports, and how sports have been a huge part of the Disney business for years. We will view some favorite sport-theme cartoons and visit Warren's Donald Duck room, too! Following the meeting, everyone is invited to stay in Rochester and we'll do a little tailgating at the ball field, and attend the minor league Rochester Honkers game that night. It will be fun for all!

Baseball Game Information : Honkers versus Brainerd Blue Thunder at 7:05pm. A fireworks extravaganza follows the game.

Regular tickets are $7 for box seats or $5 in the grandstand, $3 for kids 12 and under and seniors.

Leslie likes "the deck". You're about 4 feet off the ground in left field. Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for kids. In addition to the game ticket, you get ALL the hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, brats, chicken, BBQ pork, popcorn, soda, beer and premium beer that you can handle for the entire game.

Reminder: The committee for the anniversary party is looking for your Disney vacation photos. Digital files can be sent directly to Warren, all other photos can be turned in at the meeting.
